My father, Annamalai, has been the most profound influence on my life and leadership style. His integrity, discipline, humility, and deep sense of responsibility shaped my core values from a young age. From a technical and professional perspective, Mr. Palanivel and Mr. Choodamani Venkatesan played pivotal roles in shaping my career. Their mentorship helped me develop strong technical foundations, problem-solving discipline, and a passion for innovation.

I rely on structured analysis and collaborative thinking. I gather all available information, perform a thorough gap analysis, and evaluate risks and outcomes. I also seek peer reviews and expert perspectives to validate assumptions. I primarily follow Shanmuga Kavasam and Vel Maaral, whose spiritual strength, discipline, and devotional focus provide me with inner clarity, resilience, and mental balance in both personal and professional life.
