Who has influenced your life and leadership style most profoundly?

My father, Annamalai, has been the most profound influence on my life and leadership style. His integrity, discipline, humility, and deep sense of responsibility shaped my core values from a young age. From a technical and professional perspective, Mr. Palanivel and Mr. Choodamani Venkatesan played pivotal roles in shaping my career. Their mentorship helped me develop strong technical foundations, problem-solving discipline, and a passion for innovation.

 

When the options are unclear and the risks are great, how do you make challenging decisions?

I rely on structured analysis and collaborative thinking. I gather all available information, perform a thorough gap analysis, and evaluate risks and outcomes. I also seek peer reviews and expert perspectives to validate assumptions. Decisions are ultimately made based on data, experience, and ethical responsibility, ensuring long-term value rather than short-term gains.

 

Which book or piece of fiction has influenced your perspective the most?

I primarily follow Shanmuga Kavasam and Vel Maaral, whose spiritual strength, discipline, and devotional focus provide me with inner clarity, resilience, and mental balance in both personal and professional life. The Bhagavad Gita has had a profound influence on my worldview.
