Who has influenced your life and leadership style most profoundly?

My leadership style has been shaped by both mentors and my own professional experience. Early in my career, while working in the banking sector, I had the opportunity to observe senior executives who demonstrated discipline, strategic thinking, and the ability to make decisions under complex conditions. This had a profound impact on me.

However, the most significant factor has been real business challenges. Building a company from scratch is a process that forges character, teaches responsibility, resilience, and the ability to adapt. I am also inspired by entrepreneurs who create not only profitable businesses but also bring value to society. It is precisely this approach that I strive to apply in my work.

When the options are unclear and the risks are great, how do you make challenging decisions?

In situations of uncertainty, I follow a structured approach. First, I gather as much available information as possible and analyze potential scenarios.

Next, I evaluate the risks and long-term perspectives. For me, it is essential that the decision aligns with the company’s strategy and values. If the potential long-term benefit outweighs the short-term risks, then the decision is worth making.

I also rely on my experience and intuition, which have been honed over many years. At the same time, I believe it is important to discuss key decisions with the team, as different perspectives help provide a more objective view of the situation.

Which book or piece of fiction has influenced your perspective the most?

One of the books that has had a significant impact on me is The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey. It reveals the principles of proactivity, responsibility, and long-term thinking.

The idea that particularly resonated with me was the importance of focusing on what you can control and constantly working on self-improvement. This book has influenced not only my business approach but also my personal life, helping me develop systematic thinking and discipline.

What is the biggest sacrifice you have ever had to make for your job or career?

The greatest sacrifice has been time — particularly the time I could have spent with my family and loved ones. In the early stages of building the business, it required complete dedication, constant oversight of processes, and handling numerous tasks.

This was a necessary phase that allowed me to lay a solid foundation for the company. Over time, I have come to understand the importance of balance between work and personal life. Today, I strive to build processes that enable me to devote attention to both my family and my business, as I believe true success is impossible without harmony in these areas.

Which values would you like to pass on to the next generation?

First and foremost — responsibility. The ability to take ownership of commitments and be accountable for one’s decisions is the foundation of both personal and professional growth.

Second — continuous development. The world is changing very rapidly, and only those who are willing to learn and adapt will succeed.

Third — honesty and integrity. Trust is a key asset in business; it takes years to build and can be lost in a single moment. These values shape not only strong leaders but also a healthy society.

How does your personal life and family affect your leadership style?

My personal life plays an important role in shaping my management approach. Family teaches patience, empathy, and the ability to truly listen to others — qualities that are extremely important for any leader.

Moreover, it helps maintain balance and see the bigger picture. In business, it is easy to become completely immersed in work, but family serves as a reminder of what truly matters and helps in making more balanced decisions.

I strive to transfer these principles into the corporate culture, creating an atmosphere of respect, support, and trust within my companies.

How would you differentiate your leadership style from others?

My leadership style can be described as a combination of strategic thinking and flexibility. I am focused on long-term development, yet I am ready to adapt quickly to changes.

I pay great attention to building systems and processes, as they ensure the sustainability and scalability of the business. At the same time, I trust my team and strive to delegate responsibility, giving people the opportunity to realize their full potential.

An important part of my approach is openness to innovation and the implementation of modern technologies.

Which three personal attributes do you think were most important to your success as a leader?

First, resilience — the ability to overcome difficulties and keep moving forward despite obstacles. Second, strategic vision — the ability to see opportunities and build plans for the future. Third, adaptability — the capacity to respond quickly to changes and find effective solutions in new conditions.

It is the combination of these qualities that has enabled me to develop the business and achieve my goals.
